SneakerSkinz Product Review and giveaway!

How To Remove Sneakers Skinz from your sneakers:

Removing SneakerSkinz from your sneakers is very easy. Simply Soak a rag with soap and warm water. Rub gently over the customized area of your sneakers. Repeat this process until all of the Sneakerskinz is removed. 
If you have are having trouble then repeat the process using rubbing alcohol and a rag.
Now that they are clean. Why not customize them again!

Instructions on How to Apply Sneakerskinz to your sneakers:

Materials Needed: Scissors, tape, marker and wet rag.

Before You Begin: Cover your work area before you begin. Lay out your tools and materials in front of you. Keep the packaging in case you want to refer to the pictures as a guide.  Make sure that your sneakers are clean and dry for best results.
That last part is so important, it needs to be repeated: 
CLEAN YOUR SNEAKERS FIRST!

1. Plan out your designs on a separate piece of paper before you start to cut out your SneakerSkinz pattern or icon sheet.
2. After you have decided what icons and patterns you like, the patterns must be cut to fit in the desired area.
Take the clear acetate sheet attached to your SneakerSkinz and cut a piece large enough to cover the area that you want to customize.

3. Place the clear tracing sheet over the desired area on your sneaker. Trace the edges using a pen or marker. 
Tip: Use masking tape to hold the tracing sheet in place while you trace your desired area. You may want to trace your desired area a bit larger than actual size. Markers work best. 


4. Place the traced design on top of your pattern sheet. Use a pair of scissors to cut around the shape you traced.
IMPORTANT:
SneakerSkinz are printed in reverse. To get an accurate reference of what the design you want to cut looks like place your traced shape over the Black and White reverse side of the Sneaker skinz. The reverse side will give you an accurate point of reference to what the shape your cutting will look like when done. 

Tip: Use masking tape to hold the tracing sheet in place while you cut your desired shape.
 
5. Remove the clear top sheet. Place your cut SneakerSkinz shape face down over your sneaker or desired footwear. With a lightly damped rag rub the back of the SneakerSkinz sheet for 30 seconds. Peel back the paper backing to reveal your custom kicks!



6. Mix and match a combination of patterns and icons on your sneakers for best results.

• SneakerSkinz work on most footwear.
• SneakerSkinz are not permanent.
• Footwear can not be washed or laundered
  after they have been decorated.
